Do you deliver outside Lagos?

At the moment, we only deliver within Lagos to ensure freshness and timely delivery. As we expand, we’ll keep our customers updated about new delivery locations. However you can order from anywhere in the world for your friends and loved ones in Lagos.

What can I order in a FoodIN2 package?

You can choose from three categories:

Groceries – raw food items like yam, garri, rice, beans, pepper, tomatoes, vegetable oil, dried fish, ugwu, ogbono, and more.

Cooked Food and Sweet Treats – bowls of jollof rice, soup, small chops, cake,juice, chocolate or freshly prepared meals from our trusted food vendors.

Mixed Package – a thoughtful blend of groceries, sweet treats and cooked meals, plus optional cakes or extras.

Can I personalize what goes into the package?

Yes! Every order is customizable. After selecting your package category, you can list specific items you’d like included. If you prefer, the receiver can also decide what should be in their package.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept secure payments through bank transfers. Receipts would be issued once payment is confirmed.

How will my loved one know the package is from me?

Every FoodIN2 package comes with a KindNote, a personalized message from you to the receiver. After checkout, you’ll be prompted to write your note, and we’ll include it beautifully in the package.

Can I send a package to more than one person?

Yes! You can place orders for groups of people (e.g., family members, employees, or friends). Each recipient will receive their own curated package with your personalized KindNote.

How do you ensure freshness and quality?

All FoodIN2 food items are handpicked, carefully packaged, and delivered promptly to maintain freshness.

What if my order is delayed?

We ensure that we deliver orders on time, but if there’s a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated in real-time until your package is successfully delivered.
